Rota suspends council activities from 29 to 31 October in mourning for Toledo train crash victims

Three days of suspended activities
Rota Town Council has announced the suspension of council-organised activities scheduled for Thursday 29, Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 2026. The affected activities include council proposals for Halloween and Tosantos.
The council says the decision is a mark of respect and mourning for the victims of the train crash that occurred in Toledo on Wednesday.
