Training makes more sense with a plan.
The Round Method brings three types of training into one programme. Exercises, loads and intensity are adjusted to each person.
Strength
Movement-based training: pushing, pulling, legs and core. A foundation for building strength and working the whole body.
Concurrent
Strength and cardiovascular work within the same programme. A combination designed to improve your fitness.
HIIT
Intervals of effort and recovery. Intensity is adapted to your level and the aim of each session.

Train together. Get individual attention.
Coaches watch how you move, correct your technique and adjust the work when needed. The group shares the session; each person follows their own pace.
